Tom Marsala
Bio
Tom Marsala trusted Jesus Christ as his Savior when he was 8 years old. He grew in the Lord throughout his teen years. Tom became involved in Intervarsity on the campus of Cal State Fullerton, meeting in small groups to study God's Word.
Upon graduating college, Tom married his high school sweetheart, Janine. They have three children, Garrett, Alan and Heather. After moving to Menifee, CA in 1990, they attended a small church where, unbeknownst to Tom, God was grooming him and his family for service in the music ministry.
The Marsala's have been at RBC since 1994. God began calling Tom almost immediately to the music and worship ministry at RBC; he has been serving as Worship Director since 1995. Janine serves in the prayer chain and music ministries, while the kids serve in various areas of need in the church.
Tom desires to worship God in spirit and in truth daily as directed by the scriptures (John 4:24). He longs to see RBC grow more in love with the Lord through music and the Word.
Some of Tom's favorite scriptures include Psalm 8, Psalm 19, Philippians 1:21, Philippians 3:7-11, and Romans 12. These verses represent to Tom true worship of our Lord.
