World Missions

Meet our Missionaries!

Each one of them would love for you to contact them with words of encouragement or inquiries on prayer needs.  (Not all of our missionaries are listed on our web site for different reasons, but all of our missionaries are on the back of a Sunday bulletin)

Monthly Prayer Request from the Lopers
Ralph & Ruth Loper – Global Recordings Network – Temecula

“Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may run swiftly and be glorified, just as it is with you.”  2 Thess.3:1 Prayer is a wonderful, powerful tool that the Lord has given to us to use for the speeding up and glorifying of His Word.  In these last days before His soon return, let’s all continue to pray for each other, so that His Word will quickly reach the hearts of many still in great need of His gift of salvation.

Here is the next set of prayer requests for us during JUNE:

  1. After completing her annual medical tests in April and having her annual check-up appointment with her oncologist in May, PTL, Ruth continues to be cancer free for eight years now.  Thank you so much for your prayers.  God is good.
  2. Thank the Lord that our son, Nathaniel, has just successfully completed his junior year in high school. Thank you for your prayers for him as his assignments and academic load have been harder this year.  Now that school is out for the summer, Nathaniel’s plans are to organize and complete his Boy Scout Eagle service project, be a scout helper during the troop’s Religious Square Knot classes this month, attend a week-long scout leadership training camp, and participate with our family in a 3-week trip in July to South Carolina to visit family and GRN supporters and to attend his cousin’s wedding.  Please pray for Nathaniel’s daily walk with the Lord and that he will honor the Lord in all he does this summer.
  3. Please continue to pray for the 8-evening annual Religious Square Knot program that our Boy Scout troop is providing for Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, and Girl Scouts in the Temecula area during June.  This is a Bible based curriculum for 1st graders to 12th graders that is divided into 4 classes. There are a total of 60 students this year.  We have just completed the 1st of 2 weeks with great success.  Ruth is teaching the 4th and 5th graders, while Ralph is supervising all of the classes presenting the gospel message in each of the classes on the last evening of the classes.  For some of these students, this will be their first exposure to the gospel. We have a Hindu boy, a Jewish boy, and a Catholic boy in the classes.  Please pray that they will receive a clear understanding of the Bible and the gospel and will ask the Lord to come into their heart.  Pray for all of the teachers and leaders to be used by the Lord to lead the children into the truth and salvation found in the Word of God.
