World Missions

Meet our Missionaries!

Each one of them would love for you to contact them with words of encouragement or inquiries on prayer needs.  (Not all of our missionaries are listed on our web site for different reasons, but all of our missionaries are on the back of a Sunday bulletin)

Monthly Prayer Request from the Lopers
Ralph & Ruth Loper – Global Recordings Network – Temecula

Thank you for your intercessory prayers for our ministry and us.  Paul in Colossians 4:2 encourages us with these words: “Continue earnestly in prayer, being vigilant in it with thanksgiving.”  So let’s do that together.

Here is the next set of prayer requests for us during AUGUST:

  1. Thank you for your prayers for our trip for three weeks in July to visit family, friends, and supporters in the South.  We flew to Atlanta, rented a car and drove almost 2,000 miles to visit supporters in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee. One of the highlights was visiting with the pastor of a small rural church in central South Carolina. Their church has been very supportive of the work of GRN for over 10 years when a former GRN rep introduced them to the ministry.  We had the privilege of reconnecting with the pastor and the missions coordinator. The pastor was very grateful for our visit. Please pray that other churches all around the US will become prayer and financial partners with the ministry of GRN.
  2. Please pray for wisdom from the Lord and unity in the Spirit as our board members will have their next quarterly meeting tomorrow, August 17, making important decisions for the ministry.
  3. Pray for our son Nathaniel and Ruth as they prepare for another school year at Julian Charter School beginning on August 21.  Nathaniel will be a high school senior this year.  He is also enrolled in a local junior college where he can begin to take some of his freshman general education courses.  Ask the Lord to give him a great academic year learning not only his subjects but also learning to grow in his faith and walk with the Lord.

God’s Word on Worship

Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O LORD, my Rock and my Redeemer.
